 Our standard shipping policy offers FREE shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a still have your back, charging a flat-rate shipping fee of only $5 will be applied. We also offer expedited & upgraded shipping options for an additional fee, selectable at checkout!

 Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), assuming the items are in stock. If an item is backordered or special-ordered, we’ll contact you right away with an updated timeline. For the different options, Standard/Ground shipping expect typically 3-7 business days & Expedited options typically offering a range of 1-3 business days.

  If you need your gear by a specific date (for a gig, event, or studio session), let us know before or right after placing your order — we’re happy to help prioritize and suggest the best shipping method, or will create a custom invoice for shipping that is hand tailored to suit your specific needs best. 

  If your item arrives with a factory defect, is damaged on it's journey to you, or simply is not perform to spec, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or as soon as the issue is noticed for used/demo gear) with photos/details, and we’ll arrange for a brand-new replacement, or exchange it for  — including free return shipping when applicable.

  All "Certified Pre-owned" items are carefully inspected and thoroughly tested by our  described accurately; however, the possibilities of life are endless. If one or more of your items doesn’t meet the technical conditions or specifications displayed within the listing upon arrival of said item(s), you may return it to us, free of charge to the customer, for a full-refund! Then, you may receive a return or exchange for another unit of equivalent value, or even store credit at ZERO cost to you. Also, depending on part availability, product, etc., your item may be eligible for a repair option, and if the case, will be communicated over during the return process.

 At the end of the day, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any new product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price of either in-house credit or directly exchange it for another product within 30 days of the shipping date. Also, if nothing is physically or technically wrong with the item, you only pay the shipping (both ways)!
